First of all I'd like to say thank you IFRE. The past 5 weeks have been amazing and so far one of my best experience.Talking about my days in the clinic, the personnel were patient, warmhearted and tolerant.they've kindly taught me how to dress a wound and I was given the opportunity to feel useful by helping with packing the medications, hypertension clinic, baby vaccination and home visit.
During my first weekend in Surin, I got to see the elephants which were awesome and actually my best memory in Thailand. Regarding the accommodation,I appreciated how clean it always looks. I've got no complaint regarding the transportation.
However, things didn't go very well at the immigration. In fact, the manuel I've got from the agency, clearly instructs me to say khao san road when asked about my address and that would be enough.Unfortunately it wasn't the case.I was asked to give the name of the hotel and when I failed to do so,they kept me there and showered me with a list of questions. It was really uncomfortable and I even thought that they weren't going to let me in. Beside the immigration issue, I did enjoyed my trip and once again thank you IFRE.
Best Regards
Mariame
